摘要
采用显微镜对选自中度高原地区（西宁）6例和平原地区（南京）4例足月胎盘（孕40-40＋6W）的X细胞及其蜕变的X细胞进行计数研究.结果显示：在孕40─40＋6W时，西宁、南京两地胎盘X细胞的蜕变率无显著差异（P＞0．05），即表明，在妊娠足月时胎盘X细胞的蜕变率不受高原低氧环境的影响。
We calculated the number of X-cell and decay X- cen of full-term placental in Xining (high altitude,6 cases) and Nanjing(plain,4 cases). The result show: in the same pregnancy week(40~ 40+6W), The decay rate ofX-cell in two area is no diffrent (P >0.05). That indicated the decay rate of X-cell isn' t effected by high altitude and less oxygen.This character is tery important to fetus in high altitude growing to full-term.
