摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压对围绝经期月经失调患者的影响。方法将276例患者随机分为耳穴组和对照组,每组138例。耳穴组选取内分泌、内生殖器、交感、神门,用胶布贴压王不留行籽,嘱患者每日自行按压3次;对照组每个穴位贴不埋籽纸胶,给予相同的按压。两组均10天为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗前后分别对两组患者进行临床症状Kupperman评分及血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)含量测定。结果治疗后耳穴组Kupperman评分[(3.25±3.95)分]明显低于对照组[(4.28±3.87)分](P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后及两组患者治疗后E2、FSH和LH水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴贴压对围绝经期月经失调患者Kupperman评分有影响,但此作用可能与调节性激素途径无关。
Objective To observe the effect of auricular-points sticking and pressing treatment on perimenopausal menstrual disorders.Methods Totally 276 patients with perimenopausal menstrual disorders were randomized into auricular-point group and control group with 138 in each.The auricular-point group accepted auricular-points sticking and pressing treatment with vaccaria seed at Endocrine,Internal genitals,Sympathetic nerve,and Shenmen.The patients were asked to press the points 3 times per day.The control group was treated with sticking and pressing at the same auricular-points but without vaccaria seed.Ten days as one course,3 courses in total.Before and after treatment,both groups were evaluated with Kupperman score and their serum estradiol（E2）,follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,and luteinizing hormone（LH） were measured respectively.Results After treatment,the Kupperman score of the auricular-point group（3.25±3.95） was significantly lower than that of the control group（4.28±3.87,P〈0.05）.The level of E2,FSH,and LH of both groups was not changed significantly after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Auricular-points sticking and pressing treatment has influence on Kupperman scores of the patients with perimenopausal menstrual disorders,but the effect is possibly not related with regulation of sex hormones.
