楔横轧用U型挂环系列制坯模具的改进

摘要 电力金具悬挂件U型挂环的机械强度要求高,产品规格多,需求量大。常用的楔横轧模具在生产了一定量后,会发生较严重的磨损状况。为了探索延长楔横轧用U型挂环制坯模具的寿命,对传统形式的模具结构进行了改进。设计了2副工作面镶嵌H13热锻模钢的楔横轧模具,合理确定楔横轧工艺参数,5种规格U型挂环坯料均可在此模具上轧制,介绍了镶嵌工作面模具的结构特点与制作要点。模具已用于实际生产,轧制的U型挂环坯料满足质量技术要求,模具使用状况得到很大的改善,生产效率和经济效益均得到不同程度的提高。在考虑模具结构及成本的前提下,对类似的产品的模具设计起到借鉴的作用。 Shackle is a product of the link fittings in over-head power transmission line.The requirement for its mechanical strength is high.They are of different specifications and there is a high demand.Commonly,The cross wedge rolling die will be seriously worn after a period of time.In order to extend the die service life,the traditional die structure was improved.Two sets of dies with two working surfaces of inserted type made of H13 hot die steel for cross wedge rolling were designed and the cross wedge rolling process parameters were reasonably determined.The shackles of five sizes could be rolled.The rolling die structural characteristics and making points were introduced.The die had been used in the practical production,the rolled shackles met the quality requirements.The working condition was greatly improved.The production efficiency and economic benefit can be improved respectively.In considering the die structure and cost,it can be used as a reference for designing the die of the similar product.
