摘要
为了解决同种材料、等厚度激光拼焊板在数值模拟研究中如何建立准确的焊缝模型这一难题,通过显微硬度试验测量拼焊板焊接接头焊缝区和热影响区的硬度值,并对这些数据进行分析和计算,得到两个区域的材料力学性能参数,建立焊缝模型,并采用有限元模拟软件Dynaform 5.5对建立的焊缝模型进行数值模拟。通过模拟和试验结果的对比,验证了该种建模方法的实用性。
How to create an exact finite element model of the weld bead is the urgent issue that needs to be solved during numerical simulation research of TWB with equal thickness and the same material.The hardness values of welded bead and heat affected zone in TWB were measured by tensile test,and were analyzed and calculated to obtain the mechanical properties of materials in TWB.And the finite element model of weld bead was set up.Then with the FEM software Dynaform 5.5,the finite element model of the weld bead was used in numerical simulation of TWB.Finally,through the comparison of simulation and test results,the practicality of the method to establish weld model was verified.
