摘要
目的：研究腰椎板减压后利用自体棘突造盖对椎管矢状径的扩大作用，比较单纯椎板减压与减压后棘突造盖手术区疤痕形成状况和造盖的愈合情况。方法：家犬１２ 只，采用自身与分组对照方法，比较单纯椎板减压与减压后棘突造盖椎管矢状径大小、硬膜囊后侧疤痕厚度、植放脂肪片的作用、造盖愈合情况。结果：椎板减压后棘突造盖有明显的扩大椎管矢状径、减少减压区疤痕形成的作用，统计学处理有显著性差异；减压后硬膜囊后侧放置脂肪片对减少疤痕形成无明显作用；术后６ 个月造盖与关节突和减压处椎板创缘全部愈合。结论：椎板切除减压后自体棘突造盖有明显的扩大椎管矢状径、减少减压区疤痕形成的作用。
Objective:To study the effect on the sagittal diameter of vertebral canal by using spine process as pars posterior after vertebral lamina excision and compare the healing of simple decompression with the vertebral canal plastic operation.Method:12 dogs were used in this study.They were divided into two groups.We analyzed the sagittal diametter of the vertebral canal,thickness of the postdural scar, the function of the piece of fat and healing of spine process.Result:The plastic operation by using spine process can clearly expand sagittal diameter of the vertebral canal.This operation played a role in reducing thickness of the postural scar.There was a statistical difference between both groups.After decompression the piece of fat that had been placed during the operation did not play a role in reducing the scar.6 months after the operation the spine process completely healed with the particular process and vertebral lamina decompressed.Conclusion:The vertebral canal plastic operation by using spine process can clearly expand the sagittal diameter of the vertebral canal and it plays a role in reducing the scar.
