摘要
为了方便、快捷地解决燃气管网维修期间用户的连续用气问题,以LNG钢瓶组气态天然气作为供气气源,设计了一种小型移动式天然气临时供应装置,对装置的重要组成部分LNG钢瓶组、增热器和调压加臭器进行了介绍,并对用户用气量、钢瓶流量、增热器的设置、压力调节和加臭方式等进行了优化设计,总结了该装置具有的4点创新性:①机动灵活,实用性强;②自由组合,操作简单;③LNG气相外供,创新使用;④外形美观,便于批量生产。应用该装置对一栋楼宇的236户居民用户临时供气,结果表明:用户最大用气量可达24.5 m3/h,气体最低温度为11℃,完全满足应急供气要求和相关国家标准。该装置的研发和使用,填补了我国燃气行业在非正常工况下保障天然气连续供应的技术空白,获得了中国外观设计和实用新型技术2项专利,在天然气的供气保障体系中有着广泛的应用前景。
To ensure the non-stop gas supply for users during the maintenance period of a gas pipeline network, a novel mini-scale mobile gas-supply appliance was developed with the LNG steel cylinders as the main supply source for the pipe grid. The major components of this appliance are first introduced, including steel cylinders, carburetor, and odorizing equipment. Optimal design is made on the gas users' consumption, the capacity of a steel cylinder, the installment of heat booster, pressure regulation, and odorization mode, etc. This new appliance is featured by 4 aspects: flexibility and practicability, independent assortment and simple operation,the innovative use of LNG as a gas supply source, good appearance and convenience for mass production. This appliance was tried as temporary gas supply for 236 families in one building, ultimately, it was found that the maximum gas consumption was up to 24.5 m3/h, the lowest temperature of gas was 11℃. In this case study, this appliance not only completely meets the needs of urgent gas supply but complies with the related national standards. The development and application of this gas-supply appliance fills up the technology blank in the non stop gas supply under abnormal working conditions in the gas industry; more than that, it also helps the designers get patents for its appearance design and utility model. It will be widely used in gas supply security system.
