摘要
肩峰下撞击征的关节镜治疗近 1 0年取得了很大的进展 ,传统的开放手术现在多数可在关节镜下得到解决 ,关节镜手术可以早期康复锻炼 ,创伤小 ,并发症少 ,同时可以取得与开放手术几乎相同的最终疗效 ,另外诊断更清楚准确 ,但关节镜技术是一个关键问题。
A great achievement has been gained in treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome under arthroscope in recent ten years.The traditional operative method now can mostly be replaced by arthroscopy which allow an early postoperative rehabilitation programm,minimize the trauma,lessen the postoperative complications and can obtain almost the same good result as the open operation,meanwhile the diagnosis is more clear and accurate,but the arthroscopic technique is a critical problem.
