摘要
双曲面网架高空斜道分块滑移安装是在楼面上铺设前高后低的滑移轨道,以适应双曲面网架高度变化的需要。滑移胎架采用自制桁架,为确保桁架稳定性,滑移胎架间设置水平桁架。每个分块各分成3~4个小立体分段在地面拼装好后再吊到东西两侧的滑移胎架上进行拼装。滑移塔架高度保证钢网架跨越各彩带的最高点,通过滑移顶推装置向中间整体滑移到钢网架的安装位置,再通过顶升油缸调整钢网架的高度在结构支托及临时支撑柱上就位。
Blocks-sliding installation of inclined road of hyperbolic grid need laying out sliding track with high in the front and low in the rear to adapt to change in height of hyperbolic grid.The horizontal connection trusses are set between self-made sliding supports to assure stability of support.Each block is divided into 3 or 4 vertical segments to be assembled on the ground firstly,and then be hoisted on the sliding supports at the east and west end.The height of sliding support can assure the steel grid cross the maximum points of each ribbon belt.The integrate grid can be push to the installation location by sliding and pushing equipment,and then be adjusted the height of the grid to the support and temporary column.
