摘要
针对环氧树脂涂层钢筋弯曲失效的现象,结合生产过程、试验数据及基础理论,分析了涂层弯曲失效的可能原因:包括环氧树脂涂层自身力学性能差,钢筋基材表面处理不到位和环境温度低等,并提出了合理化建议。
Aiming at the phenomenon of bending failure of epoxy resin coated steel bars and combining with production process, test data and theoretical analysis, this paper analyzed the possible causes for bending failure of coatings, including poor mechanical property of epoxy resin coating, inadequate surface treatment for base materials of steel bar and low ambient temperature, and put forward rationalized suggestions.
