摘要
基于OpenDOAR(开放存取知识库目录系统)的统计资料,对国内外机构知识库的发展现状、影响因素和问题进行了深入分析,从5个方面探讨了机构知识库在我国的发展策略。
Based on the statistical data of OpenDOAR（Open Directory of Open Access Repositories） ,this paper makes deep analysis on the current development,influencing factors and existing problems of domestic and foreign IR,and discusses the development strategies of IR in China from five aspects.
