摘要
目的 观察低分子量肝素 (速避凝 )防治损伤血管血栓形成的效果。 方法 损伤大鼠股动脉制作血栓模型 ,将大鼠分 5组 :A组 :术前单次注射速避凝 ;B组 :术前至术后 1周 ,每日 1次用药 ;C组 :血栓形成后连续 1周较小剂量用药 ;D组 :以 C组的双倍剂量给药 ;E组 (对照组 ) :术前、后每日注射等容量生理盐水。术中测定出血时间并检查吻合口通畅情况。另一组大鼠按上述分组在不同时间点取血管标本作组织学检查。 结果 各组间出血时间差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;A、B两组各时间点的吻合口通畅率比 E组均有非常显著性的提高 ;而 C、D两组间及组内各时间点之间差异均无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,D组在用药前后通畅率虽无差别 ,但有所提高。镜下示 A、B两组通畅血管有少量附壁血栓形成 ,D组 2 4小时血管有再通现象。 结论 速避凝在不增加出血倾向的前提下能有效地防止损伤小动脉吻合口的血栓形成 ,对已形成的血栓也有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the antithrombotic effects of the low molecular weight heparine (Fraxiparine) in injuried vessels Methods With the thrombus model of rats by injurying femoral arteries, fifty rabbits were divided into 5 groups: Group A: A single dose of Fraxiparine was given before operation Group B: Fraxiparine was given daily from before operation to 7 days after operation Group C: Following thrombosis, Fraxiparine was given at low dose for 7 days Group D: Usage of Fraxiparine was the same as Group C, but the dose was twice as before Group E (the control group): The similar volume of saline was given daily before and after operation After reestablishment of blood flow, arteriotomy bleeding times and patency were measured In another series, the vascular specimens were taken for histological examination at different time Results The bleeding time in the four experimental groups was not significantly prolonged, as compared to the control group The patency rates of Group A and Group B were significantly higher than Group E But there were no significantly differences between Group C and Group D, and between the different time within the individual group Although the patency rate of Group D before and after medication was not significantly different, some raise improvements were obtained with the use of Fraxiparine Small amount of mural thrombus was seen in the patent arteries in Group A and Group B In Group D, vascular recanalization occurred within 24 hours Conclusions Without increasing the hemorrhage tendency, Fraxiparine can effectively prevent thrombosis at the anastomosis site in the injuried small arteries, and has some thrombolytic effect, too
