摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对肝癌介入治疗患者生存质量的影响。方法:将70例肝癌介入治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予护理干预。采用生存质量简表中文版对两组患者进行调查。结果:观察组心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域得分高于对照组。结论:对肝癌介入治疗患者实施护理干预可获得较高的生存质量。
Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on quality of life in the patients with liver cancer treated with interventional therapy.M e thod Total 70 patients treated with interventiona l therapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （35 cases for each group）.The patients in the control group received routine n u rsing care and in addition,the patients in the observation group were given nur sing intervention.The quality of life rating-scale（WHOQOL-BRIEF） was used to ma k e an investigation on the patients in both groups.Result s The scores of psychology,social and environment were higher in the observation group than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The nursing i n tervention on the liver cancer patients treated with interventional therapy can improve the patients′ quality of life.
