摘要
目的:探讨以脊柱微调手法整复为主的综合治疗对腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,LIDH)患者疼痛和临床疗效。方法:选择我院LIDH患者228例分为两组,对照组采用腰椎牵引和各种理疗进行治疗,治疗组在脊柱微调手法整复治疗后再采用对照组的治疗方案,隔日1次,疗程3周。结果:经疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)评价,治疗组治疗后评分平均为(2.44±1.68)分,对照组平均为(4.58±2.03)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组治愈率为47.66%,治疗组治愈率为72.72%,两组比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:手法整复为主的方法治疗LIDH,能明显改善腰痛症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective：To investigate the influence of manipulative reduction on pain and clinical curative effect in the patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods：228 patients with lumbar intervertebraldisc herniation in our hospital from November 2006 to December 2009 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received lumbar traction and various physiotherapies.The treatment group received manipulative reduction,besides the treatment in the control group.The treatment was performed once a day,10 d as a course.The curative effects were assessed two courses later.Pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale before and after treatment.Results：No significant difference in the score of visual analogue scale was found before treatment in the two groups（P0.05）.The mean score after treatment was 2.44 ± 1.68 in the treatment group and 4.58 ± 2.03 in the control group.The decrease was more significant in the treatment group than the control group（P0.01）.The healing rate was 47.66% in the control group and 72.72% in the treatment group,the latter was superior to the former（P0.01）.Conclusion：Manipulative reduction for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can remarkably relieve lumbar pain and improve clinical curative effect.
