摘要
劳动力配置并不完全通过外部劳动力市场的工资竞争而进行。内部劳动力市场理论是近20年来西方经济学理论最新进展之一。"用工荒"是劳动力市场上出现的民工短缺的现象,文章运用企业内部劳动力市场均衡分析方法,通过"内部人-外部人"模型,揭示了"用工荒"现象的原因是企业内部劳动力市场上二级结构导致的"权利荒",进而指出进一步完善传统体制下企业内部劳动力市场在一定程度上能够有效地解决"用工荒"问题。
Labor isn't fully assigned through the competing market wages.The theory of internal labor market is one of the advances in west economics in recent 20 years.Peasant worker shortage is a phenomenon in the labor market.The paper using the internal labor market equilibrium theory,through the "insider-outsider" model shows that the essence of the phenomenon is because the two-level structure of internal labor market which causes "right shortage".It is indicated that further improve the internal labor market under the traditional system can effectively solve the "peasant worker shortage" to some extent.
