摘要
目的探讨连续性肾替代疗法(CRRT)治疗重症烧伤患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析26例接受CRRT治疗的重症烧伤患者的临床资料。结果所有患者治疗期间血压和心率保持稳定,治疗后血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)均较前下降明显(P均<0.05);其余生化指标均在正常范围内。3例放弃治疗死亡外,其余23例均成功救治。结论 CRRT能提高重症烧伤患者抢救成功率,临床疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of continuous renal replacement treatment （CRRT） in patients seriously burned. Methods Review 26 cases seriously burned for the treatment of CRRT the clinical data. Results Blood pressure and heart rate of all patients were retained stablilization. The levels of blood urea nitrogen （ BUN ） and serum creatinine were significantly decreased after treatment （ P〈 0.05 ）, but the other biochemical indicators were remained in normal limits.3 cases out of 23 patients gave up treatment, the other three cases were successful. Conclusion CRRT is an clinical effective therapeutic option for patients seriously burned.
