The paper mainly indicates the importance of the structural anti-seismic concept design to have the fully recognition and identification on the anti-seismic concept design, sums up the principle for the anti-seismic concept design, and points out the effective components measures, so as to improve the structural anti-seismic capacity and achieve the reasonable seismic design.
