摘要
目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者外周血中趋化因子CXCL10和CXCL11的表达水平及与ALT和HBV DNA的关系。方法用ELISA方法定量检测CHB患者外周血中CXCL10和CXCL11含量;以实时定量PCR检测CHB患者HBV DNA含量。以全自动生化分析仪检测CHB患者血清中ALT含量。结果 CHB患者血清中CXCL10和CXCL11浓度分别为(123.38±88.37)pg/ml和(129.24±82.79)pg/ml,均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且与ALT呈正相关(r值分别为0.739、0.597,P<0.05);但外周血中CX-CL10和CXCL11的含量与血清中HBV DNA含量无明显相关(r值分别为0.244、0.242,P>0.05)。结论 CHB患者外周血中CX-CL10和CXCL11介导了肝脏炎症细胞浸润和免疫损伤,参与了乙型肝炎慢性化病程。
Objective To study the expression levels of CXCL10 and CXCL1 l and its relationships with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and HBV DNA in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods The serum levels of CXCL10 and CXCL11 were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the levels of HBV DNA were detected by real -time quantitative polymerase chain reaction( RT -PCR). Serum ALT were tested with automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results The serum levels of CXCL10 and CXCL11 in the patients with chronic hepatitis B were ( 123.38±88.37 ) pg/ml and ( 129.24±82.79) pg/ml respectively, which was significantly higher than those in normal controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). In patients with chronic hepatitis B, the serum levels of CXCL10 and cXcL11 were significantly correlated with the serum level of ALT( r = O. 739 and 0.597 respectively, P 〈 0.05 ), while wasn't correlated with the serum level of HBV DNA ( r = 0.244 and 0. 242 respectively, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion CXCL10 and CXCL11 play an impbrtant role in inflammatory and immune injury, which mediate the chronicity of hepatitis B.
