摘要
顾客价值分析和计算是在顾客价值内涵的基础上,分析顾客价值的影响因素,确定顾客总价值,为更好的增加顾客价值提供有效的信息支持。本文在对Gale顾客价值分析工具进行评判的基础上,指出这一模型存在的缺陷和使用限制,对模型进行了改进和完善,提出一种新的顾客价值计算方法。
Based on the connotation of customer value,analysis and algorithm about customer value analyzes the influencing factor of customer value and determines total customer value,to provide effective informational support for increasing customer value.The article assesses analysis tools of Gale customer value,points out its defect and service restriction,at last,puts forward the suggestion on its improvement,and provides a new algorithm about customer value.
