摘要 目的:分析哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠注射液的药代动力学特点,并结合临床应用实例进行相关性研究。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月~2010年1月本院采用哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠注射液为主治疗的98例下呼吸道感染患者的临床资料,并采用反相高效液相法测定患者血清和尿样中哌拉西林和舒巴坦的药物浓度,分析哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠的药代动力学特点。结果:复方制剂中哌拉西林钠的cmax为(138.70±25.53)mg/L,消除半衰期t1/2为(0.88±0.39)h,尿药回收率为(43.6±12.3)%;舒巴坦的cmax为(35.10±4.68)g/L,消除半衰期t1/2为(1.02±0.15)h;12h尿药回收率为(41.5±19.4)%。98例患者有效率明显高于单用哌拉西林的患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者对哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠注射的耐受性良好,临床治疗效果显著。 Objective: To analyze piperacillin/sulbactam sodium for injection of sodium pharmacokinetics characteristics, combining clinical application examples. Methods: To retrospective study adopts piperacillin sodium/sulbactam was the treatment of sodium injection 98 cases with lrti clinical data during January 2009 to January 2010, and by reverse phase HPLC method patients serum and urine in piperacillin and sulbactam drug concentration, analyzed of sodium piperacillin/sulbactam sodium pharmacokinetics characteristics. Results: The combination of the cmax tasching sodium for (138.70±25.53) mg/L, elimination half-life t1/2 was (0.88 ± 0.39) h, urine recovery medicine for (43.6±12.3)%;For the cmax sulbactam was (35.10±4.68) g/L, eliminate half-life t1/2 was (1.02±0.15) h, 12 h urine medicine recovery into (41.5±19.4) %. 98 cases with significantly higher efficient piperacillin and single sulbactam was sodium, a statistically significant differences between the groups (P0.05). Conclusion: Patients on piperacillin sodium/sulbactam is the sodium for injection, clinical treatment effect is remarkable.
