摘要
饲料中蛋白质的测定常用凯氏定氮法，催化剂对测定速度的快慢和测定质量的好坏起着至关重要的作用。本文主要综述了不同催化剂在凯氏定氮消化过程中对消化效果的影响，为凯氏定氮过程中催化剂的选择提供了依据。
Kjeldahl method is a common method for protein determination, and catalysts play a vital role in determining the pace and quality. This article briefly reviewed the effects of different catalysts on digestion process of Kjeldahl method in order to provide a basis for the choice of catalysts.
