摘要
目的:探讨醒脑丸(XN-pill)治疗缺血性脑卒中的作用机理。方法:通过制作CIS气虚血瘀证动物模型,以消栓再造丸为对照药物,分组观察模型动物的血清IgG型抗心磷脂抗体(ACA-IgG)含量在醒脑丸大、中、小不同剂量和对照药物作用下的不同变化,并进行比较研究。结果:醒脑丸能够降低模型动物的血清ACA-IgG含量,不同剂量组间以中剂量组效果更为显著。结论:醒脑丸是治疗CIS的有效方剂,通过降低血清ACA-IgG含量,作用于凝血系统的不同环节,降低凝血酶活性、减少血小板聚集,从而达到防治血栓形成的效果。
Objective:To explore the machanism of XN-pill treating CIS by performing animal experiment through observing ACA-IgG in Rats with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke(CIS).Methods:Through making animal model of CIS in rats with syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood stasis,we observed the variation of blood serum ACA-IgG amount of rats after using XN-pill in different dosages,then compared with the effects of control medicine and other groups.Results:XN-pill can decrease laboratory rat's serum ACA-IgG amount and that the moderate dosage reduce them markedly.Conclusion:XN-pill has the significant therapy function on CIS through reducing serum ACA-IgG amount to reduce the rate of platelet aggregation of rats and the activity of thrombin.So it can promote blood circulation to prevent and cure thrombosis.
