摘要
该文论述了汽车安全气囊磁电式传感器的工作原理。对传感器进行了结构设计和电路设计。同时对加工的传感器样机进行了模拟冲击实验。提出的传感器具有较大的测量范围。加速度为0 到588 m/s2 ,时间脉宽为0 到20 ms 可调。识别电路具有峰值和时间双重判别。该传感器是一种新型的汽车安全气囊传感器。
The paper describes the working principle of magnetic electric sensor in safety airbag of automobile.Structure and electric circuit of this sensor is designed and impact experiment for this sensor is simulated.In the paper the sensor has a wide range of measurement.The acceleration peak value is from 0 to 588m/s 2,width of time pulse is from 0ms to 20ms.Identificable electrical circuit has dual discrimination characteristics of peak value and time.It is a new kind of sensor used in safety airbag of automobile.
