摘要 目的探讨体外循环心内直视术后应用呼吸机治疗的护理策略。方法通过对80例体外循环心内直视术后应用呼吸机治疗患者采取加强气管插管管理、保持呼吸道通畅、生命体征监测等护理措施。结果术后呼吸道并发症发生率2.5%,80例患者住院时间平均为(18.0±2.5)d,痊愈出院。结论加强呼吸机治疗期间护理有助于患者的术后恢复。 Objective To study the nursing strategy of patients undergoing mechanical ventilation treatment after open heart surgery under CPB.Methods Nursing cares including strengthening trachea cannula management,Keeping airway free and monitoring vital sign were given to 80 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation treatment after open heart surgery.Results The incidence rate of respiratory tract complications was 2.5%.The inpatient times of them were(18.0±2.5) days.All patients were cured.Conclusion Strengthening the nursing care during mechanical ventilation treatment was benefit to the recovery of patients after open heart surgery under CPB.
