摘要
随着原油的劣质化,化工原料中含S、N、O等化合物的浓度也逐渐增大,对化工设备腐蚀的影响也日益严重。本文将分析发生腐蚀的主要原因,再根据发生腐蚀的原因提出在进行化工设计、操作和维修时要注意的一些问题,以达到更好地预防设备腐蚀的目的。
With the poor quality of crude oil,the concentrations of compounds containing S,N,O in chemical raw materials were increased grandually,and the impact of chemical corrosion of the equipment became seriously.The main reason of corrosion was analyzed,and some problems should be focused on were proposed during chemical design,operation and maintanence,so as to achieve better corrosion prevention purpose.
