摘要
利用4100型柴油机不同工况下的实测示功图进行了气体简谐力矩以及简谐系数计算,与法国热机学会提供的所得结果对比,在此基础上探讨了两者气体简谐力矩幅值和相位的差别,以及法国热机学会所提供计算公式在中小型柴油机轴系动力学计算和故障诊断等方面的适用性。
The paper measured small diesel engine dynamometer under different conditions by testing and calculation of harmonic torque coefficient.and compared with the French Society of heat provided by the results.It discussed the two gas harmonic amplitude and phase difference between torque,and the French Society of heat provided by the formula in the small diesel engine shafting dynamics calculations and the applicability of fault diagnosis and so on.
