摘要
目的：了解合肥市0-6岁集居儿童健康状况及变化趋势,并制定干预措施。方法：对2005-2009年240 771名合肥市0~6岁集居儿童健康检查资料进行分析,比较集居儿童身高、体重、营养不良、肥胖、贫血、视力和龋齿的变化趋势。结果：合肥市集居儿童的身高、体重处于50百分位以上呈上升趋势（P〈0.01）,营养不良患病率逐年下降（P〈0.01）,肥胖患病率逐年上升（P〈0.01）,贫血患病率逐年下降（P〈0.01）,视力不良患病率呈下降趋势（P〈0.01）,随着年龄的增长,龋齿的患病率呈上升趋势（P〈0.01）。结论：合肥市集居儿童健康状况良好,营养不良患病率呈逐年下降的同时,肥胖发生率逐年上升;儿童的视力不良和龋齿也不容忽视;托幼机构集居儿童的肥胖和相关五官疾病的预防和干预是当前托幼机构卫生保健管理工作的重点。
Objective：To observe the health condition and tendency of gathered living children aged from 0 to 6 years in Hefei,and to explore intervention measures.Methods：In this study 240 771 children were enrolled;their health development tendency was analyzed by comparing the height,weight,malnutrition,obesity,anemia,vision acuity and dental caries during 2005 to 2009.Results：The number of children above the second Quartile of height and weight increased（P〈0.01）;the incidence of malnutrition,anemia and poor sight decreased yearly（P〈0.01）,but the prevalence of obesity increased（P〈0.01）.With the age advancing,the incidence of dental caries increased（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Gathered living children aged from 0 to 6 years in Hefei are in good health.The prevalence of nutrition is decreased while obesity increased;the children′s visual sight and anemia couldn′t be neglected.The prevention and intervention of obesity and ophthalmology diseases are pivotal to nurseries and kindergartens.
