FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗晚期结直肠癌不良反应观察及护理干预 被引量：7

摘要 结直肠癌作为常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。在肿瘤死亡统计中有统计指出大肠癌位列第四位，发病率有逐年上升趋势，且有近1／3的患者就诊时已发生转移，化疗是晚期大肠癌的主要治疗方法。FOLFOX4化疗方案安全、有效，目前已作为结直肠癌的首选化疗方案。我院2009年1月至2010年2月共有68例患者接受该方案治疗，取得较好疗效，本文将其不良反应及护理要点报告如下。
