摘要
目的总结带冠脉支架的前列腺增生患者行经尿道等离子电切术的经验。方法 11例带冠状动脉支架的前列腺增生患者,年龄65～82岁,平均75岁,术前评估手术麻醉等风险,调整血压、改善心功能、停用抗凝药物,行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术。术后3～5d继续使用常规抗凝药物。结果 11例患者术后尿路梗阻症状得到改善,最大尿流率、残余尿均较术前明显改善(P<0.01),所有患者均安全度过围手术期,未出现严重并发症,无死亡病例。结论对带冠状动脉支架的前列腺增生患者,经尿道前列腺增生部分等离子电切术是一个安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To summarize the experience of the transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy （TUPKP） in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia patients with coronary stent. Methods 11 prostatic hyperplasia patients with coronary stent （CS）, after perfect examination and sutible cordis medicine ,treated by TUPKP. The 1st day after operation,started to use sutible cordis medicine,hut had anticoagulant 3-5 days later. Results After operation, all of the 11 patients＇ symptom of urethral obstruction were effectively resolved. RUV and Qmax had improved significantly （P〈0.01） in the postoperative period. The TUPKP was successfully performed on all of the patients at high surgical risk. No severe syndrome occurred. No obituary case. Conclutions For the prostatic hyperplasia patients with coronary stent, TUPKP is a safe procedure.
