摘要
天津钢管公司钢包包底冲击区采用铝镁尖晶石碳砖砌筑,寿命低,成为制约钢包寿命提高的瓶颈环节。本文通过对铝镁尖晶石碳砖的使用情况、损毁机理进行分析,采取多种改进措施,研制出以特级矾土、棕刚玉、铝镁尖晶石、电熔镁砂、石墨为主要原料的改进铝镁尖晶石碳砖,钢包寿命提高了3~6炉,降低了消耗,提高了钢包运行的安全性。
The ladle bottom of impact area is carried on MgO·Al2O3-C Bricks at Tianjin Pipe Co Ltd,low life heat,becomes bottleneck link in the improvement of ladle life.The usage of MgO·Al2O3-C Brick is introduced and the damage mechanism is analyzed,main matieral with special bauxite,brown Fused,MgO·Al2O3、fused magnesite and crystal graphite is developed for MgO·Al2O3-C Brick through several measures.life heat is improved by 3~6,the safety of ladle and lower consumption are gained.
