摘要
测试日粮氟为６２．３ｍｇ／ｋｇ，全血氟为１５．８ｍｇ／Ｌ，骨氟为１０８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，明显高于正常水平。临床表现食欲下降，羽毛粗乱，胫骨弯曲，腹泻，证实为氟中毒。
This study diterminated contents of fluorine from diet,blood and bone caused by fluorosis of chicken. The results showed that contents of fluorine from diet,blood and bone are 62.3 mg/kg,15.8 mg/L and 1 080 mg/kg respectively. These data are higher than that of normal chicken. Symptoms of fluorosis are anorexia and diarrhea, usually followed by fluffy feather and crooked tibial bone.
