摘要
在全面梳理近30年吴宓与吴芳吉研究的基础上，探讨了吴宓与吴芳吉的文化观、文学主张和伦理道德思想。在五四新文化运动的大潮中，吴宓、吴芳吉看到了巩固、保存、发扬中国传统文化和伦理道德的必要性。在他们的道德观、文化观、文学观中浸透了儒家文化思想和中国传统文化的影响，是他们的道德思想之所寓，人格标准之所托。
On the basis of summarizing all the research achieverments of Wu Mi and Wu Fangli during the last thirty years, this paper discusses Wu Mi＇ s and Wu Fangji＇ s viewpoints of culture, literature and ethics. In the tide of the New Culture Movement and May 4th, Wu Mi and Wu Fangji realized the significance of preserving and carrying forward the traditional cultures and moral principles. Their Morality and viewpoints of culture and Literature were deeply influenced by the Confucianism and traditional Chinese cultures which were the spirit bailment of their moral integrity and human dignity.
