摘要
用乳液聚合的方法由丙烯请(AN)、苯乙烯(St)和α-甲基苯乙烯(α-MSt)合成了三元共聚物(PASMS),用扭辫分析仪(TBA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了共聚物与氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的相容性,结果说明,含有α-MSt的共聚物与CPE有较好的相容性,并且有良好的流变行为。熔体的表现粘度随剪切速率的增加而下降,呈现假塑性流变行为。
The copolymer PASMS was synthesized from acrylonitrile(AN),styrene(St)and α-methylstyrene(α-M St)by emulsion polymerization.The compatibility of PASMS with chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)was estimated by the methods of torsional braid analysis(TBA) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)after mechanical blending.The results show that the α-M St has a compatibilization effect on the blend ACS of the CPE with the copolymer PAS formed from AN and St. The α-methylstyrene containing ACS resin has a better rheogical behavior. The apparent viscosity in the melt decreases with the increasing shear rate,and the melt has the behavior of pseudoplastic liquid.
