摘要
通过对中熟酿酒葡萄品种阿列尼进行去除一次果管理,利用新梢冬芽二次果推后浆果成熟期,达到避开成熟期的高温气候,从而提高酒质的目的。此方法与正茬果相比,在前期管理上较费工、产量稍低,但冬季修剪采用短梢修剪或平茬,简化了冬剪工作量,减少了埋土防寒的人工投入。
Using the management of removing the first fruits and letting the second fruits ripening to stagger hot weather condition at the maturity stage,the berry maturation of the middle-ripening grape Elie Ni could be delayed and the quality of wine improved.Comparing with the labor consuming and lower productivity of middle-ripening normal first fruits,this method largely simplified the work of winter pruning and reduced the labor cost in winter protection soil burying.
