摘要
ω-甲酰基莰烯(1)与Grignard试剂反应,产物经Jones试剂氧化即可得到一种酮,这是一种新型的香料。用这种方法,我们制备了ω-乙酰基莰烯(2),ω-丙酰基莰烯(3),ω-(2-甲基)-丁酰基莰烯(4)等香科。其结构已经得到IR、~1HNMR、^(13)CNMR和MS谱的确定。
The reaction of Griguard compounds with ω-formyl-camphene (1) affords 1-(8-camphcnyl)-alcohols. The oxidation of these alcohols by chromic acid affords a new kind of aroma chemical. In this way we obtained ω-acetyl-camphene(2), ω-propionyl-camphene(3) and ω-(2-methyl)-butyryl-camphene (4). Structures of (2), (3) and (4) were elucidated by spectrum methods (IR, ~1H NMR, ^(13)C NMR, MS).
