摘要
车牌识别系统是智能交通系统(ITS)的一个重要组成部分,一个典型的车牌识别系统一般包括图像预处理、车牌定位与提取、字符分割和字符识别等几大模块。根据实际应用情况,对目前使用的车牌识别关键技术、算法进行了简要的总结和详细的分析。
