摘要 CXJZU-120高效菌剂在4~8℃冷藏柜中保存540 d,分段取样进行成活率检测,开展高效菌剂活化技术研究。结果表明,CXJZU-120高效菌剂在4~8℃冷藏柜中保存540 d,其成活率保持在80%以上;该菌剂活化技术具有工艺流程短、技术难度小等特点,采用常规培养基对高效菌剂进行苏醒与扩增(6、8h)、诱导(5 h)两个步骤,即可获得6 h完成苎麻脱胶的活化菌液;确保高效菌剂活化成功的关键在于掌握"休眠态的高效菌剂在苏醒与扩增过程的适应期长短与保存期呈正相关"的技术原理。其结果可为降低企业实施苎麻生物脱胶工艺的技术风险、长期保持高效菌剂的优良性能提供科学依据。 The survival rate of bacterial strain and activation technology of CXJZU-120 high efficiency microbial agent preserved at 4~8 ℃ in refrigerator within 540 d were studied by step dyeing.The results showed that,the survival rate of bacterial strain remained over 80% in the microbial agent after 540 d,the agent after awakening and amplification for 6?8 h and inducement for 5 h finished ramie degumming within 6 h;the activation technology was simple,efficient,operable,and so on;the key of activation technology was to control the adaptive phase and length for preservation.The results provided a scientific basis for reducing the technical application risk and keeping performance of microbial agent.
