摘要
川气东送管道工程第23标段位于水网地段,其中一个直径为1 016 mm、壁厚21 mm、长近100 m的管段需要穿越带套管的公路,仅依靠常规的吊装施工方法难以完成,因此采用了与漂浮法相结合的施工方法,顺利地完成了穿越任务。该方法具有工期短、施工简便、费用低的优点。文章具体介绍了漂浮法的施工步骤和实施过程。
The 23 bidding section of Sichun to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project is located in water network region,in which a 100 m long pipeline section with diameter of 1 016 mm and wall thickness of 21 mm needs crossing highway through a casing.This task is difficult if traditional hoisting method is used only,therefore a method combining it with drifting approach is adopted and done successfully.This method has advantages of shorter construction period,easier operation and lower cost.The construction procedure and implementation course are introduced in detail in this paper.
