摘要
文章针对现有电子清管器厂家研制发射机—接收机方法的缺点,通过电磁发射理论计算和利用ANSYS软件仿真清管器发射机,得出清管器发射机发射频率和电压等工作参数以及它们之间的关系,从而指导清管器发射机的研制,以节省时间和降低研发成本。经过实际试验测试,验证了分析和仿真的结论。
Aimed at the defects of the electronic pig transmitter-receivers developed by existing manufacturers and with the help of theoretical calculation of electromagnetic emission and pig transmitter simulation by software ANSYS,the working parameters such as frequency and voltage and their relationship of the pig transmitter are obtained to guide the development of the pig transmitter for saving time and reducing development costs.Finally,after the actual experimental tests,the conclusions from the analysis and simulation are verified.
