摘要
介绍合同能源管理(EPC)的概念和项目运作方式。在此基础上,进一步说明能效评估在合同能源管理项目中的作用,详细阐述国际能效检测和确认规程(IPMVP)的能效评估办法及其4个能效评估方案。以某火力发电厂的合同能源管理项目为例,分析IPMVP在合同能源管理项目中的具体应用。分析表明,国内的合同能源管理项目有必要参考IPMVP能效评估方法,形成符合中国国情的能效评估规程,为我国的合同能源管理项目提供可靠的能效评估依据。
The definition of Energy Performance Contracting(EPC) and its project operation were presented in this paper.Energy saving evaluation and four approaches based on International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol(IPMVP) were also discussed.With a practical EPC project for a certain power plant in China,the application of IPMVP was shown.The analysis showed that IPMVP is a good reference for energy saving evaluation of EPC project in China,and it is also necessary to develop energy saving evaluation approaches with Chinese style for EPC project in China.
