摘要
通过Ф120螺旋啮合冷喂料挤出机中螺杆转速、喂料量以及销钉排数等因素对挤出机生产能力影响的实验研究获得了一系列数据,同时对其结果进行了定性分析。为挤出机的选型、设计和使用操作提供了参考依据。
Through experimental research on screw other factors of Ф120 screw meshing cold feed extruder, therefore obtain a series of data, and also conduct a reference for extruder selection, design and operation. speed, feed volume, number of pin rows and which effects production capacity of extruder, qualitative analysis of the result. It provides a reference for extruder selection, design and operation.
