高住高练低训对血管功能的影响

摘要 为探讨高住高练低训(HiHiLo)对血管功能的影响,以北京体育大学有运动经历的在校本科男生为研究对象,进行为期4周的高住高练低训(每晚在低氧舱入住10 h,白天常氧训练,在高住高练低训期间每周进行3次低氧训练,每次30 min,以个体75%VO2max强度为基础).受试者分别在高住高练低训前、高住高练低训2周后、高住高练低训4周后接受3次血管功能的测试.结果发现:高住高练低训4周后,受试者的血压降低,四肢毛细血管的血液充盈时间延长;脉搏波传导速度下降,提示受试者的动脉血管的弹性增大,顺应性/扩张性提高. Objects: In this study,various indices such as SVC,SVR,PWV,BP,were compared before and after HiHiLo to investigate that whether the HiHiLo can improve vascular function.Methods: All the subjects of this study were under graduate students of Beijing Sport University who had exercise training experience.All the subjects participated the HiHiLo(exposure in hypoxic environment for 10 hours at night,training at normoxia in the day time,exercise during hypoxia three times a week lasting for 30 min at 75%VO2max intensity) training last for 4 weeks.Vascular function measurements were performed before HiHiLo,2 weeks and 4 weeks after HiHiLo.Results: 1.the blood pressure decreased after HiHiLo,the time of the blood engorged in the capillary vessel of the limbs prolonged;2.The artery elasticity and compliance of subjects increased.
