摘要
文章通过问卷调查和深度访谈等方式,分析了连云港市干部创新能力的现状、干部创新的动机与能力、干部创新的动力与阻力。对提升干部创新能力的路径选择提出了建议:学习是提升干部创新能力的根本途径;良好的制度环境是推动创新的基本保证。
Based on the questionnaire and deep interview,this article analyzes the situation of the Lianyungang cadre's ability to innovate,the motivation and capability of the cadre's innovation,the driving force and the obstructive force influencing the cadre's innovation.According to the choices of the path to enhance the capability of the cadre's innovation,the research suggests that the study is the fundamental way and a good institutional environment is the basic guarantee to enhance the capability of cadre's innovation and promote the action of the cadre's innovation.
