包容性增长是经济增长、人口发展和制度公平三者之间的有机协同,具有民本主义发展导向,更关注民权、民生。"三农"问题的本质就是经济增长、人口发展和制度公平的失衡。作为一个全新的经济学概念和发展理念,包容性增长对解决"三农"问题具有较强的适用性和针对性。
The inclusive growth is the organic synergy among economic growth,population development and system fair,which has the orientation of humanism development;still more,pays attention to the civil rights and the people＇s livelihood.The essence of the ＇thee agricultural questions＇ is the unbalance of economic growth,population development and the system fair.As a kind of new economic conception and a developing idea,the inclusive growth has a quite strong adaptability and the targeted nature for solving the ＇three agricultural questions＇.
