摘要
目的探讨2010年我院贫困白内障患者复明工程中小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体(IOL)植入术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法对2010年10月～12月在我院"贫困白内障患者复明工程"中治疗的81例老年性白内障患者行小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术,观察术中、术后并发症及术后视力恢复情况。结果术后随访中全部患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)均好于0.05,脱盲率达100%;0.05～0.3者5例,≥0.3者76例,脱残率达93.8%;术中及术后常见的并发症有:角膜重度水肿、角膜后弹力层剥脱、后囊膜破裂、前房渗出等。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除联合IOL植入术应用在贫困白内障患者复明工程中安全、经济、有效,是基层医院治疗老年性白内障的较好方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction（SIECCE） and intraocular lens（IOL） implantation for cataract patients of poverty on sight-regaining program in Taian in 2010.Methods A total of 81 cases of cataract patients of poverty received SIECCE and IOL implantation.Complications intra-operation and postoperative and postoperative visual acuity were recorded.Results All patients received uneventful surgery.The best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） was all better than 0.05 and the literacy rate was 100%.BCVA was 0.3 or better in 76 eyes and removing residual rate was 93.8%.Common complications were severe corneal edema,suspensory ligament breaking and posterior capsule rupture intra-operatively and postoperatively.Conclusions SIECCE combined with IOL implantation is a safe,economical and effective method to treat cataract patients of poverty on sight-regaining program.
