摘要
近年来我国外向型产业集群迅速发展,形成了大量以代工为主的外向型产业集群。外向型产业集群特征不同于一般的产业集群,其发展机理和特征都有其特殊性。本文讨论了我国外向型产业集群形成过程中面临集群内企业技术水平低、创新能力不足、技术升级困难等问题,分析制约我国外向型产业集群技术升级的因素,提出促进外向型产业集群实现技术升级的对策,从而使这种产业集群模式更好地促进我国经济发展。
In recent years,the foreign-oriented industrial clusters are rapidly developing in China and form a host of OEM-based foreign-oriented industrial clusters. Foreign-oriented industrial clusters are different from the general characteristics of industrial clusters, the mechanism and characteristics of its development have its own peculiarities. This article discusses the problems exist in the formation of foreign-oriented industrial clusters, such as low level of technology, lack of innovation, difficulties in technology upgrading and so on. It analyses the factors that restrict technology upgrade in foreign-oriented industrial clusters and put forward the methods to help the foreign-oriented industrial clusters realize technology upgrading with a view to promote Chinese economic development.
