The Development of Protoporphyrinogen Oxidase Inhibiting Herbicides

摘要 原卟啉原氧化酶是四吡咯生物合成途径中最后一种酶,是包括二苯醚、环状亚胺、噁二唑等多种类型除草剂的靶标。作用于该酶的此类除草剂引起细胞成分在光诱导的过氧化作用遭到破坏,从而造成细胞渗漏、光合作用受阻,最终导致植物死亡。综述了原卟啉原氧化酶抑制性除草剂的开发、特性及若干品种。 Protoporphyrinogen oxidase is the enzyme in the last step of common tetrapyrrole biosynthesis pathway.The enzyme is the target of many classes of herbicides including diphenyl ethers,cyclic imides,oxadiazole etc.In the presence of protoporphyrinogen oxidase-inhibiting herbicides,cell leakage,interruption of photosynthesis,and finally death of weed plants are caused by light-induced peroxidation.This paper summarized the development,properties and some protoporphyrinogen oxidase-inhibiting herbicides.
