摘要
文章从北仑区域的环境质量现状、区域环境容量、污染物排放总量控制等方面，分析区域环境可持续发展问题以及实施可持续发展的五项措施．
With a study of the current state of the environment of Beilun District in terms of the generalenvironmental quality and pollutant drainage quantity , this article discusses the relations of environment to regionalsustainable development and suggests five measures for the development.
