摘要
为了在广大农村地区推广便捷安全的缴费方式,方便农村地区用户缴费,福建电力推出了一种基于GPRS的抄表收费系统。该系统使用抄表收费终端,通过GPRS虚拟专网与省级集中的营销业务应用系统进行信息交互,实现实时的信息查询,并完成缴费。通过该系统在部分地区的试用,证明能有效解决农村地区收费难题,方便了用户、抄表及催、收费员工。
In order to promote a convenient and safe payment method in the spacious rural area, Fujian Electric Power Company designs a Meter Reading and Billing System based on GPRS. It uses meter reading and billing terminals to exchange data with the provincial centralized marketing application system through the GPRS virtual network to realize real-time information inquiry and to complete payment. After the trial application in some regions, it has been proved that this system can effectively solve the payment problems in the rural area, and can bring much convenience to customers and toll collectors. This system will be promoted and applied in the whole province in the future.
