摘要
在半夏成熟叶片的初代培养中,使用0.25~0.5%的活性碳对材料褐变有抑制作用;而加入活性碳对半夏试管苗根的伸长有促进,但不同浓度差异不显著;0.05~0.25%的活性碳能降低半夏玻化苗率,1%的活性碳则对苗的生长有抑制。
In the leaf tissue culture of pinellia ternatal. ,the use of the active carbon would inhibit the explants to be browng when the concetration was among 0. 25 to 0. 5 percents,but it accelerated the rooting of the tube shoots and there was no difference among different concentrations. The active carbon would lower the frequence of glassy shoots of the tube shoots with the concentration of 0. 05 to 0. 25 percents,and in hibited the development of the tube shoots at the concentration of one percent.
