车辆电起动系统性能评估方法研究

摘要 针对车辆电起动系统故障模式多元化的状况,建立了车辆电起动系统多信号模型,在此基础上设计了故障诊断树,提出一种通过同时监测蓄电池及起动电动机状态以预估车辆在未来时间内能否正常起动的方法。该方法通过大电流脉冲放电测试蓄电池内阻以判断蓄电池状态,通过起动电动机空载试验测试起动电动机性能。完成测试后对各项测试数据综合分析,给出评估结论,并提出相应维护策略,以有效避免突发性车辆不能正常起动的现象,具有较大的现实意义。 Aiming at the diversified fault modes for vehicle electrical start-up system,the multi-signal model and fault diagnosis tree are built,and a method of testing battery and start-up motor synchronously is put forward to forecast whether vehicle can start-up normally.This method tests battery resistance by high current pulse discharge to evaluate the state of capability,and detects the performance of start-up motor in no-load test.The corresponding maintenance strategy is proposed after the comprehensive analysis of test data,to avoid the phenomena that vehicle couldn't start up normally,which makes a great significance in practice.
